TOYOTA GABON holds in store and manages about 26,000 references of spare parts amounting in value to over 2.5 billion CFA francs. The rate of service rendered to customers is 92 percent, a figure that is exceptional in Africa given the time usually needed for replenishment.
"Bar code" management This project was initiated by the TOYOTA GABON company. Comenced in May 2002, it has been operational since October 2002. The 'bar code' project aims at improving the service rendered to customers by reducing the time for preparing, optimizing stock management through permanent stocktaking and reordering, cutting down the costs associated with the annual closure for stocktaking, and improving the margin on "small invoices" through a reduction in the invoice editing cost.

Since April 2005, clients have been benefitting from an extra service.
The client can now see the electronic catalogue and their orders in progress on their own terminal .
The delivery service
Concerned with attaining ever greater efficiency, TOYOTA
GABON has put together a spare parts delivery department for its biggest clients. Today, over 30 companies are benefitting from the delivery service together with its host of advantages. Indeed, we avoid our clients being obliged to come to our premises for their big orders and remain committed to delivering them within a half-day time following reception of the order form.
In addition to delivery, we provide our numerous clients with advice on electromechanical engineering and try our best to make them aware of the numerous advantages of the TOYOTA, DAIHATSU and LEXUS genuine parts.
Tyre department
In 2005, TOYOTA GABON opened a tyre department representing the following brands: Michelin, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Hankook, Barum, Goodrige etc.
Tyre fitting and wheel balancing are free of charge in our repair shops.
