THE AFTER-SALES SERVICES
The service is at your service

Reception

A dynamic team is at your entire disposal for any requests of repair, estimate, and technical information.

As soon as your vehicle is entered into our service shop, the receiving clerk draws up a repair order stating the work that has to be carried out.
At delivery, a guarantee-of-quality sheet is duly filled in and handed to you including the record of everything that has actually been done on the vehicle as well as crucial details on its condition, which will help you plan the next general services more precisely on a phased basis, and therefore at a lower cost. This information is given in the form of an index card hung in your vehicle's cabin.

Drawing up an estimate
To get an estimate, you just need to come at the reception desk with the vehicle concerned if the servicing requested has to do with body or paint work
For estimates on spare parts and engineering labour, you need not bring your vehicle.

A 30,000FCFA-deposit is required for any such estimate. This sum is deducted from the end-of-work invoice. However, if the work is not carried out in our service shop, this amount is taken into account by TOYOTA GABON.

Making an appointment
Just for the sake of pleasing its customers, TOYOTA GABON set up in June 2004 a department entirely devoted to making appointments. For any work on your vehicle, please call 76.15.15.
